Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

  • Your physical or electronic signature

Review Process

We are committed to processing all valid DMCA requests within 24 hours of receipt. Our process is as follows:

  1. Notice submission — You send your DMCA notice to our designated agent (see contact details below).
  2. Team review — Our compliance team reviews the notice for completeness and validity.
  3. Action taken — If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Your full name, address, phone number and email address
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district (or any judicial district in Canada if you reside outside Canada)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

False Claims Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your claim is legitimate before filing a notice.
